This policy explains what Rank Jedi does with personal information collected through rankjedi.com. It is written to describe this website specifically, not a generic template.

What we collect

Only what you type into the contact form: your name, and any of email address, phone number, the service you selected and the description you wrote. Nothing else on this site collects personal information.

Our web server keeps standard access logs — IP address, timestamp, the page requested and your browser's user-agent string — which are used to keep the site running and secure.

When you submit the form we also record the time, your IP address, the page you submitted from and the exact consent wording shown to you. That record exists so that, if you ever ask why we contacted you, we can show you precisely what you agreed to.

Cookies and tracking

This website sets no cookies. There is no Google Analytics, no advertising pixel, no session tracking, no heat-mapping and no third-party embed of any kind. We do not track you across other websites, and there is nothing here to opt out of.

Two fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means Google receives the request for those font files, including your IP address. No cookie is set by that request.

How we use it

To reply to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to deliver the services you asked for. If you ticked the consent box we may follow up by phone, text or email about that enquiry. You can tell us to stop at any time and we will.

What we never do

We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent, trade or share it with data brokers, and we do not pass it to other companies to market their own products to you.

Who else sees it

Only the service providers we need to operate: our email provider, which carries the message from the form to our inbox, and our hosting provider. They act on our instructions and cannot use your information for their own purposes.

We will disclose information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for up to three years so we can refer back to previous conversations. Consent records are kept for five years, which is the window in which a complaint about unwanted contact could realistically be raised. Ask us to delete your information sooner and we will, unless we are legally required to keep it.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or tell us to stop contacting you. Email support@rankjedi.com and we will action it. There is no charge and you do not need to give a reason.

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we honour it as an opt-out of any sale or sharing of personal information — which, as above, we do not do in any case.

Children

This site is aimed at business owners. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top. Material changes will be described here rather than made quietly.
